Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
1. Eligibility for Refunds
### 1.1 Pro Plan (Monthly) - You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first-ever subscription charge. - Renewal charges (subsequent monthly payments) are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
### 1.2 Max Plan (Annual) - You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first-ever annual subscription charge. - Renewal charges are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
### 1.3 Refund Limitations - The 14-day or 30-day refund window applies only to your first subscription to each plan. If you cancel, resubscribe, and cancel again, subsequent charges are not eligible. - Refunds are not granted for partial usage of a billing period.
2. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to xinan136888@gmail.com with: - The email address associated with your account. - The subscription plan (Pro or Max). - The date of the charge. - The reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated — helps us improve).
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
3. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or in error, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Repeated chargebacks without prior contact may result in account termination.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period (see Section 1 for refund eligibility).
5. Statutory Rights
This Refund Policy does not limit any statutory refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If your local law provides a longer refund period, the longer period applies.
